Terms & Conditions

Before booking a trip with Namasteyatraa, we request you to carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Booking & Payment

  • An advance payment is mandatory to confirm any booking.

  • The advance amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Full payment of the trip/trek must be completed before the departure date.

  • Failure to complete the pending payment may lead to cancellation of the booking without any refund.

2. Identification & Eligibility

  • A valid government-issued ID may be verified before boarding the trip.

  • Only the travelers whose names are provided at the time of booking will be allowed to participate.

  • Transfer of bookings to another person is strictly not permitted.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • No refunds, credits, or coupons will be issued for any inclusions or services not availed by the traveler.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be governed strictly by the company’s Cancellation Policy.

4. Travel Conduct & Discipline

  • Travelers are expected to maintain discipline and behave responsibly throughout the trip.

  • Any act of misbehavior, nuisance, or disrespect toward team members, fellow travelers, or vendors will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the trip without refund.

  • Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles (bus, tempo traveller, car, etc.) due to health and safety reasons.

5. Reporting & Departure

  • Departure timings are fixed and will be communicated well in advance.

  • Travelers must report to the departure point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

  • In case of delay, travelers must inform the Trip Leader or Coordinator at the earliest.

  • Failure to report on time without prior intimation may result in cancellation of the trip without any refund.

6. Safety, Risk & Responsibility

  • Namasteyatraa organizes adventure trips and treks that may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, illness, loss of life, or financial loss.

  • The company, its agents, or affiliates shall not be held responsible for any accident, injury, illness, loss, delay, or damage caused by circumstances beyond its control.

  • Travelers participate in trips at their own risk and are advised to assess their physical fitness before booking.

7. Personal Belongings

  • Travelers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings and valuables at all times.

  • Namasteyatraa shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the trip.

8. Insurance

  • Namasteyatraa does not provide medical, travel, accident, or theft insurance.

  • Travelers are strongly advised to arrange personal insurance coverage prior to departure.

9. Itinerary Changes

  • Factors such as weather conditions, road conditions, natural events, or the physical ability of participants may require changes in the itinerary.

  • Namasteyatraa reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel any part of the itinerary in the interest of traveler safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking a trip with Namasteyatraa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
